I couldn't believe, I nearly vaporised that precious moment,
till I get continuing my tea-time findings.
I found alluring for giving Tiong Bahru Pau stall a recall (Should I remember correctly)
Located at
32 New Market Road #01-1038
People's Park Complex Food Centre
(Chinatown MRT)
Look at this basket of pau, freshly-made for any quick-bite,
Char Siew Pau SGD$1 each
Char Siew Pau is my priority choice and I've also decided to get some chicken pau (small),
as I've mentioned, if I can remember correctly.
Chicken Pau should be the Iconic Recall, but am uncertain about it.
Indeed, I couldn't hesitate to wait for a re-assurance for an in-depth details,
And I've got myself back to the stall the very next day to check out the making-fillings
The moment of truth, Yes! That's the TASTE!
Is not the Char Siew Pau that I supposed should be the winning choice,
(and of course, if you are a Char Siew Pau craver, it taste as good with sesame oil flavour, parsley and green onion that gives you a sweet sensation)
but rather then, is the Chicken Pau that brought back the golden days.
Chicken Pau has got these crunchy turnip aka locally "bangkuang"
with added Chinese wine "Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew"
which truly satisfied the long-lost taste
(when I was little, the taste is exactly the same like before)
that's once filling your hunger during the busy work days.
Beside, is also good-temptation for an alternative
if you are not a "Pau" person
It's an alternative fabulous varieties,
if you would like to,
for not constraining your choice(s)
Again, I've earned a thumb up or two thumbs up rather, for getting,
the ever-best Tea-time snacks that he ever-enjoy!
