This cutie old-folk Charles Papa influence(s) us about the following

wondering on making some Popcorns....

And we did it!
with  on-coming suggestion(s) and trial method(s) on
"How to make good and nice popcorns?"

Check this out!

Before NEW YEAR EVE...

We, both (Gelen and myself) Trial(s) and Error(s)
(Do not try this at home with no proper guardian guidance(s) for your own safety purpose)

Popcorn Making Method 1

Corn seeds aka Corn kernel

Add in Olive oil

Add in pinch of salt

Add in sachet(s) of sugar

Method 1 Result: Popping success but Taste rather plain

############

Popcorn Making Method 2
with Magazine Paper

Method 2 Result: Popping success, but was badly popped
(Clumping and lumpy with carbon-dyed on the popcorns, slight burnt of popcorns from the inner)

Therefore-said,
Success doesn't happen overnight,
And we continue to keep trying...

This New Year Eve,
Popcorn Making Method 3
(with Pros' demonstrated "type" of paper bag)

"Not sweet enough with sachets of sugar "commented by Charles Papa,
and he suggested to add in pure honey! alternatively

Use the method as demonstrated
(Plain and nicely folded paper bag)

Thar La...!!!

Is a SUCCESS!
Freshly popped with roaster-ing popcorn smell
(use margerine instead of Olive oil for good aroma popping smell)
and fully popped as shown with improve-ing sweetening flavour

YESH!

############

Another good side-serving ...

Something... something... of
 fresh juicy sweet grapes
with
munching ... munching crunchy
freshly-popped popcorns

See, life can be so interesting
with simplicity

As, Appreciation With Love
Bold you with many more
room of improvement(s)

(Hmmm... next making can be better with caramel coating?)
Is A Yes or A Nay!
You Decide!

Happy New Year 2016 !

Moment of Love,Taste of Memory

What's is the authentic TASTE, that will hook you and brought you back good memories?

I couldn't believe, I nearly vaporised that precious moment,
till I get continuing my tea-time findings.

I found alluring for giving Tiong Bahru Pau stall a recall (Should I remember correctly)

Located at
32 New Market Road #01-1038
People's Park Complex Food Centre
(Chinatown MRT)

Look at this basket of pau, freshly-made for any quick-bite,

Char Siew Pau SGD$1 each

Char Siew Pau is my priority choice and I've also decided to get some chicken pau (small),
as I've mentioned, if I can remember correctly.
Chicken Pau should be the Iconic Recall, but am uncertain about it.

Indeed, I couldn't hesitate to wait for a re-assurance for an in-depth details,
And I've got myself back to the stall the very next day to check out the making-fillings

The moment of truth, Yes! That's the TASTE!
Is not the Char Siew Pau that I supposed should be the winning choice,
(and of course, if you are a Char Siew Pau craver, it taste as good with sesame oil flavour, parsley and green onion that gives you a sweet sensation)
but rather then, is the Chicken Pau that brought back the golden days.

Chicken Pau has got these crunchy turnip aka locally "bangkuang"
with added Chinese wine "Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew"
which truly satisfied the long-lost taste
(when I was little, the taste is exactly the same like before)
that's once filling your hunger during the busy work days.

Beside, is also good-temptation for an alternative
if you are not a "Pau" person

It's an alternative fabulous varieties,
 if you would like to,
for not constraining your choice(s)

Again, I've earned a thumb up or two thumbs up rather, for getting,
the ever-best Tea-time snacks that he ever-enjoy!

"Lava it !" the way it should be

Tea-time "choice(s)" is a learning knowledge.

There are too many option(s) for you to look out for, Dim Sum, "Liu Sha Bao"

And, I've chosen to try out,

Located at
Westgate #04-42
(Jurong East MRT)

"Liu Sa Bao" aka Salted Egg Yolk Custard Bun,
1mouth full in size and
you ought to tear it gently apart
before consuming
CAUTIOUS: is oozing HOT!

Am not a salted egg yolk fan, but relatively it taste good
with subtly taste alike "grain of salt" that lava flow custard alike, "Nai Huang Bao"

Is another good making choice(s) of all,
for giving you arrays of surprise(s)

And truly, we had a great time! Good bonding and communications
